I went to book online and needed an SUV with short notice and nothing was available so I called and Logan from this location picked up. He literally went above and beyond throughout the process of finding a car for me, getting me setup, and making sure everything was perfect for my experience. I'm not one to write reviews but Logan seriously helped me out so a massive appreciation out to him and if you are coming here and see him, you're going to be taken care of.

Thankfully I don't have to make that sacrifice at Enterprise! After reflecting during those 400+ loops, I decided to not to ask my question, which was "Hey, when I picked up the car, it had less than a half tank of gas, so can I return it with just that much, or do I have to fill it all the way up? Because the latter seems a little unfair." I realized that even if I am expected to fill the car all the way back up, I could just return the car with a half tank, and then pay the $12/gallon fee for the refill. This way, I could give more money to the family-owned business that I empathize with so much!

Call them ASAP so they are aware that you need a ride. They're very accommodating..but staffing only allows so much flexibility
