My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car on 19th Street in Philly was exceptional! From start to finish, our agent was friendly and accommodating. He gave us added information and went over everything in detail making us confident in our choice of rental agencies. We rented a van that was new and clean and loved that after hours, we could drop it off for a minor fee. We will be renting again from Enterprise!

This location, along with others, will allow you to book a rental & get confirmation for a vehicle that they don't even have. There is absolutely no point in using the web to book a rental. You will be @$$ed out if you trust it. I strongly suggest speaking with a live person to make a reservation. It's unbelievable that Enterprise has not fixed this glitch...which has been in place for years!! 😡
