Depends on the car you want
Valid driver's license. A valid credit or debit card with at least $300. 200 is for the security deposit. Credit or debit card must match the name on the driver's license. And I believe age 21 and up.
Many factors determine this...size of vehicle, length of time you need the car, insurance coverage etc. Speak with them for specifics.
