I started my rental with an online search for low rates my search through a third party connected me with Enterprise. The time of pickup was the factor in my choice. All rental places are not open 24hours, Enterprise was open at 2am. I had to make separate reservations to complete the time of car use. They were very accommodating and let me run the two contracts using the same vehicle. The service at the window could be a little more efficient and timely, which may result in less frustration for the travelers. The 1st car kept drifting to the right and when I came back on the 1st half of the rental they immediately switch it out. I got the same model car. I was pleased with this process.

Enterprise rented me a car that when I drove it on the highway the bumper was falling off the back of the car. I had to pull over and try to snap it into place every so often. I’m surprised they would allow a car like that to go out. I’ll use Avis instead even with the extra cost. Not happy.

When you call the number above, select 1 and then select 5. You will get to the Airport Office. Don't know a direct number though
If you are asking what you need to specify, yes that would be an SUV instead of a car. Best to call because not all makes and models are available
Call the location letting them know you are dropping off so the time can get adjusted once they get the vehicle information
You only got to pay for the one day you use the car
No. You can’t leave it parked in the enterprise parking lot , but there is airport parking available. But it is separate from enterprise. - sincerely enterprise employee
Open 24 hours. They'll be there.
The one that I rent from don't have any I had to buy one!
Yes. I just dropped a car off 2 days ago. Used their shuttle to go to the terminal.
Cost me $400.00 more or less for a week. Rented a Nissan Pathfinder.
You can but there will be an extra fee
Ask b4 you make a reservation. They should answer all the questions you have. Depending on the company
If the company you rented from has a location there you should be able to do it, but you have to verify that it is truely the same company. For example is there an Enterprise and an Enterprise Commercial. If the company is the same I would argue that they move the excess and less used vehicles around to other locations all the time.
Per the website:At the time of rental, a debit card must be presented with available funds in the associated checking account. Funds taken will be done as a sale, so funds must be available at the time of rental. Enterprise is not responsible for overdraft fees. The debit card must be in the renter's name. In addition to the anticipated cost of the rental, an additional security deposit may be required. To find out the cost of the security deposit, you will need to contact the location directly. So, basically, you need to ask the specific rental place.
Yes
Not sure. Suggest you call the rental company directly to ask.
Anytime, they were great
Follow rental car return signs until you get to enterprise.
They have an office on the grounds of the airport. Just take the shuttle.
It's possible if the Center City location is accepting cars from other locations. If so there may be a one-way fee to drop it off at a different location.
Absolutely, just be advised that train service from the airport has been canceled temporarily due to construction and shuttle service buses have been deployed for your convenience till completion of construction, the buses take you directly to the Amtrak station
No
One ways are very $$$. Call the rental company and ask them
They usually charge a 30$ drop fee if in the same city.
I am sure they'll find one for you.....
The Enterprise website will give exact costs, based on your pickup and drop off locations, dates, and type of car.
Yes they are there for you 24 and 7.
While the guys who received the cars were extremely helpful, others at the front desk seemed not that eager to help. My expectations, I think were similar to yours in that once I entered the office I would've been greeted, or even asked if I needed any help. When that didn't happen I went to the desk and spoke up. After which staff was helpful. In fairness it was a busy holiday. Having never rented a car before I didn't know what to expect. My overall experience there was a pleasant one, an experience marked by hardworking and friendly people eager help out. However, I do know individual experiences will vary, and that the stress of travel compounds any tiny miscommunication, which can then throw everything off & put a damper on your trip. I get it. My advice to you is to reevaluate your experience, try to remember positive aspects of the trip, & to the best of your ability prvide some constructive criticism that will ultimately help the company grow into it's best self!
I have paid $70. I can confirm this Thursday current charge. Ok, here is the update. I returned a car on 10.19.17 and asked this question to a worker there. The answer was: $75 if returned anywhere else within the state. $1.00/mile if dropped out of state. Sometimes turns out to be less if you are near the state border it may be less than the $75 within the state.
I hope you had a good trip. I just saw your question. Following the signs of "ground transportation" they take it to the "car rentals" zone.
Sorry, I picked up and dropped off at PHL. I'm sure you can do what you've proposed but will need to check with Enterprise om the fee.
