Absolutely a great experience fast check in and even faster check out car was ready when I got there I’ve used enterprise for years after coming here I would never go anywhere else a must try if coming to Philadelphia

This Avis location is a treat for all of University City and Center City West, and I’m glad to have it. At times, the practices of the staff can be confusing and not customer-centric—like not using clear signage when hours or information changes; or unclear directions for key dropoff—but on the whole they do a good job. I wish they had longer hours to allow for more flexible returns, and would encourage that in the future.

Vehicle was rented for a total of 5 weeks for a USA road trip. Picking up the vehicle was easy. Employee a bit abrupt, but it was already shortly before closing time. Unfortunately, the car (SUV standard size) had obviously not been cleaned at all! Interior dusty and partly stained, the windshield was so fogged up that we had to clean it with glass cleaner). Particularly serious and extremely disgusting was the fact that there was dried blood on the back seats and on the backrest of the driver's seat (drops of blood on the rear left seat, smeared blood on the rear right, as if the person had wiped his bloody hand on the seat). We only noticed this the next morning when loading the vehicle for the further journey. In times of Covid, interior cleaning should not only be done with care, it should be done GENERALLY. Since we didn't have time to exchange the vehicle due to the tight travel schedule, we did the interior cleaning ourselves and covered the blood-smeared seats with bags.

Someone who rented a car off this company hit my car and left the scene. They haven't been helpful whatsoever. i have police reports and witness statements but they wont take accountability and will not even share the persons insurance information with me either. Benjamin Chestang has been the person I've been dealing with and its been a terrible experience. ill give every avis company in the tri state are a 1 star until i get some answers. Single mom who can barely afford life right now as it is and this is how you do business? mind you this happened in AUGUST. do better.
