This is the worse party city. I have been here twice each time there is only one person doing balloons and also check out while 2 other workers are doing nothing. It took 30 min for 8 balloons to be filled because the guy had to keep stopping to cash someone else out or grab their balloon order. Even when party city on elmwood is busy I recieve faster service! The shelves are barely stocked they don't carry birthday/ wedding or any special event cards it's a big store for nothing.
