The shuttle and rental process was really easy. Susan was amazing and helped us get the correct insurance. She was very patient with us and made sure we got the best price. Would highly recommend Payless.

I’ve rented from Payless at the Philadelphia airport twice now, and the experience has been great. I do agree the shuttle time could improve, but that’s minimal. All staff are always very friendly and willing to help, the phone has been answered every time I’ve needed to call and the cars have gotten me around, which is all I need. Will be using Payless in the future.

At the end of our travels we were "lights on engine off" and just wanted to get home, exhausted. Our transport Steve changed our whole mood. It was like a 7 minute FREE comedy show. He was hands on with our disabled family member and had us dying of laughter even when someone almost hit the bus with their car door - he made it laughable. Good heart! The staff in the office were awesome as well. GO BUCS!!!
