They are very organized and everyone was friendly and professional. The liquid diet is not that big a deal; just follow the directions--and more importantly, they provide you with a report and pictures after you wake up.

I have had the best care ever with my team at Lonestar Endoscopy. Each team member was attentive to my needs and performed their duties in a knowledgeable and professional manner.

Have previously gotten in quickly. This particular day we waited over an hour to go in and husband had to wait in waiting room. Overall nurses and experience for procedure was ok. ( Other than prep nurse hitting a nerve while putting in IV - she went too deep in a shallow vein. ) This was not the best experience as I have had in the past.

There are so many different types of insurance plans within each payer that it’s best to call our facility so they can look up your specific coverage.

Can I just be dropped off and then picked up by someone else several hours after procedure? Does someone have to be there during my stay there?

You will need to bring someone with you to the Center. If you give permission, the doctor will discuss what they found during the procedure with the responsible adult/family/relative/spouse, since you will not remember what you are told due to the medications you received during the procedure. Additionally, you will not be allowed to drive or take a taxi home without a responsible adult with you.
