Andrew was the perfect mixture of professional and personable. He had a great attitude and wasn't too pushy (which was important to us). We left feeling like we had a great deal for our trade-in. Crown service department is great. I got an appointment within a few days and they took care of my service on a really busy Saturday faster than what I expected. Sylvia was great and gave me a great deal on a maintenance package. I highly recommend Crown. I have owned 4 Camrys and very happy with all of the services performed by Crown Toyota. Everyone was great.

Great customer service and free rental while I had a recall fixed. I only work 2 miles away, so a taxi or shuttle would be more convenient than having to go through the rental car process. From the time I arrived to leaving in the rental took about an hour so I did not get out of there as fast as I was expecting.

Quick and easy service. It was supper fast and easy to make an appointment. There was plenty of choices for days and times. Got here to a line at 6:30am and I was checked in 15minutes after they opened the gate. That being said there were about 8 cars ahead of me. Got a call about an hr and a half that my car was ready. Came to pick up my car. 5 minutes tops and u was driving away. Thank you the friendly and helpful staff.
