Straight forward online process. It allowed me to pay in my local currency which was a bonus, no conversion fees. Somewhat reasonable rental prices, with extras that could be added for piece of mind. Place was a bit tricky to find due to a tree blocking the signage out front. Staff was friendly. It would be convenient if there was a pickup service, due to the location of the place. In our opinion the car wasn't properly cleaned. Rear view mirror was grimy as was outside of the car and glass. This meant cleaning the glass ourselves to be able to see out the back. The car was nice otherwise. I used my friends pass for tolls. Finding out if there were any outstanding fees was an absolute nightmare because the website kept saying no account found. Rang up the toll-free customer care number where someone told me I'd have to wait 6 weeks. I find this incredulous! Why 6 weeks?! All in all not a bad experience, just a few minor things to work on

I was charged $436.49 more than I was told by a representative when I turned my car in. Totally upset and discouraged. Seems like every time I use Budget I have some type of problem.
