This is one of the worst transportation companies. The first time we used them they were almost 30 minutes late, which case us to be late then having to reschedule the appt. This time we scheduled pick up to be 50 min before the appt. to give us almost an hour to get there due to the issue last time. They had no urgency to get us to the appt on time and didn't show up for pick until well after we were supposed to already be at the appt. causing us to once again having to reschedule the appt. Not very happy with this place at all and will never use them again. I would give them a zero star if I could.

Used their service twice (2 weeks before this episode) without issue. However on 3rd request... My wife's recovering from foot surgery. Needed transport to her Doctor (for post surgery examine). Called and placed order 24 hours in advance. requested transport BOTH WAYS (from our home, to Doctors office and then back again, about 1.5hrs later). Driver was 30min late with pickup (which made her late to her appointment). after leaving her at the doctors office, never returned at scheduled time to be picked up (for return home). Question: would you not think that 'IF' you drop a patient off at the doctors, you NEED to come back and get them??? no call or followup. we will never use this service again. lots of other competitors out there.
