M-F 8:30a-1:30p and 4p-8p and Saturday and Sunday are different hours but not sure of those hours

Pleasant Valley closed. They filled in some missing types of equipment from that location. Great move on their part!

The reason places do this is because they auto draft you account and require to to cancel your membership 30 days in advance. This also insures they can put through other charges like maintenance fees. It is all to make sure they get paid. They should have a cash option for those that want to pay a year in advance.

10 dollars a month. Two options. You can pay just for access to one particular fitness connection or all access where you can go to any in the US. They had a special recently where if you payed 30 dollars one time + the 10 dollars you could get the all access pass where you can go to any fitness connection. I believe that may be over. Best way to know is ask someone at the desk.
