Haven't done any sort of workout in 2yrs I was honestly intimidated at first and thought I was in over my head for my trial class. But the staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to show me everything before class even started so I felt comfortable enough to be in the class. The coach checked in on me a bunch which was very helpful. At the end of the class I was hooked. I felt good about my workout and couldn't wait to go back. If you're not quite sure where to syaty your fitness journey but want to start it, highly recommend this place. The heart rate monitors which track your progress are a great motivator for you to keep pushing yourself. It is exactly what I needed.

Love this location. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. This studio has great coaches! Really enjoy Sammy's classes! He is really good at pushing the class while also being encouraging. Frank is awesome too! Love his energy! So fun! The front desk staff always greets me when I come in and are quick to answer any questions when I call or email. Also, like that this location has tablets on the rowers. The only con is that morning and evening classes fill up quickly, so you'll need to book pretty far in advance. Even so, in my opinion, this is definitely the best Orangetheory studio in the area.

OTH Raleigh Midtown is the best! I just joined a few weeks ago and can already tell a difference in my energy, strength, and endurance. All the coaches are amazing. This studio has a really “tight-knit” feel and everyone is always so friendly, including the front desk workers. 5 stars!!
