Quite senior park. Nice area for over 55 living. Visited the club house for a birthday party. Very nice and roomy and clean spot for a party.

My grandma lives here and it's a beautiful Park we go for a walks through the winding trails that wind in and out of the homes. For some reason they have the most spectacular sunsets here guess is because of the palm trees. Or maybe the refineries but they're beautiful. Oliver mobile homes or modular houses they all have beautiful beautiful Lawns and Landscaping. it's just a wonderful place to live for my grandma she loves it. They have water fountains and big super tall palm trees and there are these giant birds that sit by themselves in the rivers and Delta all over Northern California. But at night time they all flock to these three trees that are inside the park. All three trees turn almost solid white but these beautiful large birds they're called cranes I think have a super long legs giant wingspan. They come in twos and fives and 28 a time as a sunset it's really pretty me and my grandma watched almost every time I'm always there. You can hear them squawking they're not loud but you can hear them if you listen. It's really I need things to watch. Normally never see these birds with another bird. But at night it's party time. Anyways I'm so glad that my grandmother's in this neighborhood she's very safe there they never have any crime. I love how all the trolls why did I love the part and the homes all have different but beautiful laws Landscaping. There's a big beautiful on you large they just rebuilt a large swimming pool and all the other stuff. it's just fabulous. So like I said I'm really glad I get to see my grandma over at her place at the palace Gardens mobile home park by Solano Drive-In.. If you're looking for a place to retire I would imagine if this is probably one of the best options. And they're fairly inexpensive from what I understand. I like is that all have their own little yards porches. Thank you very much

Definitely the nicest mobile home park in concord big clubhouse pool immaculately kept beautiful landscaping fairly good security my parents would live there for a long time and they love it the rules are a little strict but that good for older people they like that and they don't run into anybody under 55 as a ground person that's around all the time if you have any problems. And like I said my parents are losers for a long time and they love it best park in Concord maybe in Contra Costa County. Thank you Brian3

Best mobile home park in Concord for sure it's beautiful that has Pathways and fountains and it's meticulously kept it's where am I mother has lived for nearly 20 years. It's 55 and older. There are several homes for sale right now but probably not for long. Has a beautiful pool and hot tub and picnic areas and they just put like two million dollars into the lodge and read the whole thing which has showers and a sauna it's a beautiful RV Park. The rules are pretty strict but you know people over 55 or not worried about that kind of thing. Have a great day you'll enjoy this place if you end up here.
