The place needs a strict remodeling... my last experience was bad, it had never happened to us. The waitress gave us cold food, she did not bring a cover and when she brought them she gave them all wrapped in a napkin, just taken out of the cleaning machine apparently... we ordered medium cooked eggs and they arrived raw. Delicious breakfasts as a late lunch. The server was friendly and attentive even at a slow time for the restaurant. Our food arrived quickly and hot.

Hand sanitizer at entrance. Plastic sheeting between all booths. Servers wear masks. Disposable and no touch menus.

Probably not. Most IHOP'S don't have GF pancakes and especially in a smaller city you wouldn't find it.
