Drive thru speaker wasn't working so service was very slow. Kanaria, the order taker was very friendly, great smile and efficient. I had to wait 20 minutes for food to be brought to my car, I had ordered two shakes, only one was brought out, runner had to go back and get second shake. Food was delicious.

I drove past McDonald's and Wendy's and several other places seeking a good burger. There were probably less than 10 customers seated and no waiting to place my order. As I waited I observed employees wandering around, talking..seemingly goofing off. No problem as long as work gets done. Supposedly hamburgers are cooked to order but clearly they are not. Mine was cold, the cheese was placed above the tomato as cold as the hamburger. I can't afford to eat out often so this was my last visit.

Yesterday's was oreo mint chocolate chip. They have a menu of flavor of the day posted on website 😋
I've been to the Plant City and Winter Haven location and they both have designated staff inside who wipe down the area after people get up and walk out. Seating is spaced and everyone is masked.
