Dr. Henryk Malczak! Best doctor ever!!! My mom was hesitant about going to Owl Now Urgent Care. She ALWAYS goes to the Bond Clinic. Well I am visiting and didn’t want to waste my time sitting and waiting. Owl Now has a check in online system so I said let’s try it! Although the place wasn’t the cleanest and seemed like a kind of hole in the wall, the staff were tip top!! Kind, helpful, knowledgeable. And the doctor?! He took his time and took complete care of us!! He also had an incredible sense of humor that immediately put us at ease. From now on I am going there for everything!!!

Drove in to extract the plastic earpiece of my hearing aid from my ears, they denied my insurance and I ask can I pay cash, I can't believe it they even denied my American USA money what a joke you are insult my my USA Dollar, stay away from this place

Signed in on line and was seen very soon after arriving only had to wait about 15 or 20 minutes after the scheduled time. They were thorough and compassionate. The doctor was knowledgeable. I was very happy with my visit
