Went in for an oil change and the mechanic forgot to put an Oring on my Water-fuel Seperator so my truck turned off 100 miles down the rode. I went to a loves to fix it. And the mechanics at Kentworth kept trying to up sell me on getting new brakes for 4,000$. And they also argued with me about not messing with my truck. They are dirty mechanics, avoid Kentworth in Tampa. I would give them a negative 5 star 👎🏾 If I could. Btw, now my truck says SCR system fault. So they messed with it hoping to make money off me. They are evil. I didn’t have any truck problems before I went to Kentworth in Tampa.

Called to get a coolant sensor 218.00 dollars is what they told me called over to fleet products 12 dollars and the guy kurt acted like he just didnt care will never call them again this place is the biggest rip off bad attitudes and never answer the phone good luck to everybody nebthat calls this store

I drive 2021 W990 and had steer tire blow out and take a brake line out when the tire blew. Called Tampa Florida Kenworth and Talk to James Trevino. Told James I need a brake line and he told me to get there as soon I can. James and his team jumped right on that brake line got me right out there. Great dealer, great people! I totally recommend this dealer. Thank you James!!

I brought my truck here for various repairs and really feel like I hit the jackpot on truck repair centers, The entire staff on 2/8/20 was extremely helpful and I was able to speak directly with a few of the people who did the work on my truck, everyone I spoke with that day genuinely cared about the work they performed and took pride in what they did.
