lousy job, $ 565.00 for PM maintenance and to top it off they charged me for an oil filter which was never changed and three days late, a shame that this company has this branch in a very bad hand in Tampa, they have to go to take classes of sale and maintenance in the north of the country, a real scam !!! the worst Volvo in America !!!

Thank you for giving us great roadside service! We were broke down along I75 north in Florida. We just left the rest area to start our drive for the day and bam the truck quit! Called these guys, your service department is wonderful and very helpful in getting us what we needed to fix the issue. The tech got there as soon as he could. Hooked it up to the computer and was able to diagnose the problem with fixing it and now back on the road....oh, and the cost was quite doable! The tech was fantastic! Very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you for getting us back on the road so we could make our delivery.

Very disappointed with the work of these guys. I left my 2109 VOLVO for regular PM and with non-working front speakers, it took 9 days to fix it, and as a result, after I took the truck, I found 4 new problems, now the amplifier, subwoofer and 2 speakers from the sleeper are not working. They probably did diagnostics and changed some settings, now the location look up and one fog light do not work either. The top panel was cracked, I think when they try to remove it to check the wires. Plus they left spots of oil and grease everywhere. I do not understand where they used grease in working with electrics inside the cab. I called several times to express my displeasure, they constantly put me on hold, and then hanging up, or taking phone number to call back and not calling back. I can't wait to finish my trip and bring truck back to the shop, and give them a second chance too fix their mistakes.

They have a mask policy and sanitizer is everywhere.
Basically a convenience fee if they have your part in stock or restock if you reject the part in question. Or miscellaneous parts charge for shop supplies.
