First I wanna say that Anthony was a really good front desk man I appreciated his help. But other than that this hotel was not worth it for the price or staff. I was charged 150$ smoking fee simply for “smelling like smoke” I walked downstairs numerous times and smoked my cigars and medical C and they seen me on camera or in person doing so. They’re claiming I went downstairs all those times to smoke just to go up to my room and smoke again. My smoke detector went off when I was ironing my sons suit(we had a wedding to attend) I immediately walked downstairs and told the lady at the front desk that she can come up to my room and see I didn’t smoke. She assured me I was “fine” and it happens on occasion. I asked if she was sure and she said yes you’re good” when I left my card was charged 150$ and the manager refused to give me her supervisors contact information. She was extremely unprofessional saying she could’ve “called to police on me but she didn’t and I should be happy”. When I explained it would make no sense for me to smoke downstairs all those times just to go upstairs and smoke again she pretty much told me I was lying and said if I had any complaint to just go online because she refused to give me any supervisors information. If you smoke I highly suggest not going to this place because they’ll just say you smoked in the room.

the bathrooms are crusty. crusty dusty musty. everything has rust on it. we looked in the coffee machine and there was leftover coffee, from the people before us. at around 11:30 at night some random teenagers came banging on our door. the pool has random like weird looking chemicals flooting around. wouldn’t recommend.

The staff is what makes this place excellent. They were so nice and went above and beyond for anything we needed. The location was great, and lots nearby in terms of stores and food. The breakfast was great, lots of options and even trays if you want to take something back to your room. The only negatives are the wall air/heat units, and they definitely need to update the decor -- very dark, old, and dingy. With that said, super clean. Would absolutely stay here again. Great for the price.

We stay here once a year for baseball tournaments. Great location. They are always super accommodating with our fun by the pool. Great continental breakfast. We had a Suite that had a full extra room, which was nice for a separate space from the kids.
