Manger has excellent customer service skills..tellers aren't very knowledgeable or friendly as I'm used to dealing with in federal banking institutions. Hopefully they will get better as they get to know me as a customer

I am 51 years old and have been with Jax Federal since I was 16. Best bank hands down. Update as of 10/14/22 on the 103rd street branch, i went in and wanted to deposit some money from my check, and get the rest in cash, they have a new girl Melody, she was not happy when she asked for ID and I said no. I have a password in place for that so no ID is needed. Yet Melody had an attitude that I could clearly see and hear in her voice, some of my family members was in there and noticed the same thing. I don't think this is the job for her. She needs to find another line of work because you can't do that to a customer especially one that has been a member for 34 years, she was still in her crib playing with toys and wants to have an attitude. Not a happy customer on this trip.

I just opened an account here today after 30 years with Vystar. Vystar's customer service and care for their members has steadily dropped over the past few years and after their fiasco this summer has gotten worse. Claire at Jax Federal Credit Union 103rd St. location was extremely caring about my situation and provided outstanding customer service. I am so happy that I made the decision to switch to Jax Federal Credit Union
