This place reminded me of the restaurants I visited when I lived in Hawaii. The pulled pork was so tender and the overall experience was very pleasant. The only drawback were the chairs; they are very uncomfortable. Other than that, I loved it!

I thought the same thing on s recent trip. Food quality was BAD and it took 20 minutes.
Very good imo. They are a chain that started in Hawaii and have been around since the 70's. My favorites are Loco Moco, Chicken Katsu Curry, Kalua Pork with Cabbage.
I'm not a employee so I'm not 100% what they practices are but customer wise. Masks were required, they wore gloves that handled me at the register and the establishment was clean & tidy.
When it first open up they actually had two guys from Hawaii doing the cooking now it seems like it's just a people here doing the cooking I've heard a lot that it's gone downhill and it's a shame
