Well there was no reason for me to even set an appointment online the day prior, because they call people back whenever they want. I wasn't called back until over an hour after my appointment time and I was 20 mins early. All I was going for was a covid test. Definitely avoiding this place from now on.

All CareSpots have been having phone problems also. I finally had to go in person to schedule. I have always received good care and service at this location so it is worth it.

Care Spot is a fine place to go for urgent cate. The good thing is that you can call ahead and tell them thatt you would like to be seen right away. Most urgent care clinics do not offer such luxury and the wait in those place can be horrendous as it can there without calling.
I'd recommend online. I'm not sure if they have an atter hours appointment line.
