Katlin in the leasing office is wonderful! The whole leasing team is incredibly responsive and friendly. However, it's the maintenance team that truly wins me over. They are always quick to respond and provide above and beyond service. The complex feels safe and quiet. The office is quick to respond to problems - we noticed it was loud after hours at the pool and didn't say anything, but the next morning we had received a reminder that the pool is closed at night. The same goes for pet policies and trash policies - the team is always quick to remind of us of the rules. The apartments themselves are spacious and efficiently designed. The 2/2 has ample space. Our only problem is parking, which is extremely inconvenient most days.

So far I love my apartment. The maintenance they responsible in a timely manner. The gym is a decent size you do get a variety of machines for the space. The pool area is super nice. Also people act like they won’t have some bugs when they first move in 🙄 I mean that’s why you clean lol. Only thing I would say parking can be a pain but it’s a quiet and safe place with a lot of places close by. Also Nick was super helpful during our moving process and they do little activities in the office which I think is nice.

Do we ever! Residents of Fountainhead enjoy an endless summer beach entry pool with a covered lounge area with TV's. There is also a grill and firepit within the pool area.

Who’s the lucky dog (and cat) now? Your pets will love you even more for choosing Fountainhead as its new home! There is a 3 pet maximum per apartment. Our pet fees are non-refundable fees: $300 for small pets that are 25lbs and under; and $500 for larger pets 26lbs and over. Our community participates in the Poo Prints Program. There is a $85 DNA charge per dog. We accept any size pet, there are no weight limitations; however, breed restrictions do apply.
