Despite providing adequate notice, Megan in the leasing office contacts me months after I moved out saying that I owe them money as my unit had gone into a month-to-month status, despite moving out on time. I have tried to work this out with them, but they will not budge. I should not be surprised. While there are many things about the Carlyle that are pleasant like its location and amenities, the walls are paper thin and for months at a time my dishwasher did not work. This was disgusting. The appliances are ancient unless you have an upgraded unit. My A/C broke down several times. The carpet in my unit was also old and ragged. It is unfortunate that they treat their residents this way.

Very well run, been here about 2 years. Helpful, responsive staff and well maintained amenities. Pool is open 99% of the time, same with gym. Friendly, quiet neighbors and no noise or safety concerns. Been happy here!

Very nice place to live. Place is clean and secure. Megan, in the office, has been great. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. She is always available to talk with and will get back with you if she isn't immediately available.

You would need to fill out the pet application online if you are bringing along a pet. There is a $300 pet fee for one pet and $10 pet rent. If you have two pets, there is a $500 pet fee and $15 pet rent.
