I really love living here. I met with Camellia in January and told her I wanted to move in June. When the time came, Camellia was very respondent and patient with me, as my living situation at the time was abhorrent. There were a few hiccups on my end and definitely some tension because the apartments are occupied quickly, but, Camellia got me into the perfect large 1BR. The grounds are very pretty and well kept. Maintenance staff responded immediately with my minor requests after I moved in. The community is quiet but also lively, if that makes sense. I enjoy relaxing by the pool and my kitties love chilling on the patio. I don't like giving 5 star reviews because nothing is perfect, but, I've moved a lot and lived in a ton of places. This place would definitely get a 4.5 if I was able to rate it that way. Hope I can not move for a long while.

Place is great, but it's ridiculous they list the fireplaces as an amenity yet, when you use them you get a notice on your door that it's against their insurance policies. Embarrassing and crazy especially when a rent raise proposal was over $200 more a month. The front office doesn't seem to care about the damage to your vehicles or people parking over the lines and then slamming into your cars... Sorry to leave, but at least we can use our new fireplace.

I’ve been living at Park of Potenza for almost a year now- it’s been a very pleasant experience living here. The leasing agent ,Camellia, is seriously the best! She made the move in process of breeze, and when I needed to end my lease a little early (due to it being up soon and moving to another city) she explained all my options and walked me through the process. Thank you Camellia for your hard work and knowledge.
