As someone who worked the night shift, silence was a must. Gia helped myself and my two roommates with the process and it was super smooth and simple. This property by far is extremely quiet and clean. Everyone is friendly and is respectful of their neighbors. Apartment living can be complicated for some, and with this being my first apartment ever, the experience has been awesome. I am hoping to downsize the unit I am currently in and stay at the Alaqua property but am definitely wanting to stay within Fort Family.

They have switched valet companies numerous times. They went with the cheapest company Affinity, which is absolutely horrible. You get what you pay for. If one of the amenities you entice prospective tenants with is valet trash, then it is your responsibility to ensure you employ a valet company that actually does their job.

Not much goes wrong at Alaqua Apartments, but when it does (light bulbs burn out, a faucet leaks) the maintenance team is right there. The crew is pleasant, speedy, and competent.

Terrible experience with management. I co-signed for an apartment for my mother in law. We had a falling out and she terminated the lease early without my permission. Instead of them being responsible and getting paid up front from her or even obtaining a forwarding address for her as I requested, they let her leave and looked to me for the money. They didn't see fit to notify me at all of the brand new furniture she left behind that me and my husband paid for. Instead they charged us for "disposing" of it which in my opinion means someone helped themselves to it as it was brand new. They said they had no obligation to tell me anything but they sure hounded me for the money.

Our residents know their four-legged friends are welcomed VIP guests at Alaqua. Your pet will love you even more for choosing Alaqua as its new home! There is a 3 pet maximum per apartment. Our pet fees are non-refundable fees: $300 for small pets that are 25lbs and under; and $500 for larger pets. We accept any size pet, there are no weight limitations; however, breed restrictions do apply. Our also community participates in the Poo Prints Program. There is an $85 DNA charge per dog.
