Years ago I had gotten multiple piercings done by a few piercers at this location. Everytime I had something pierced everything went great and I loved the experience. Recently I had tried to go back and get a new piercing and possibly inquire about 2$70 piercing deal that I used to get. I called due to being turned around in the mall and whoever answered the phone was super nonchalant, and unhelpful when all I was doing was attempting to get to their shop. I finally found my way their at 6:30 pm and saw a group of people standing around with a break sign on the door....at 6:30 pm? I knew the shop wasn't due to be closed until 8 and I had JUST called and informed someone I was trying to get there. So I poked my head in and asked if someone was available to do a piercing. A woman asked what type and I said Medusa. Everybody there was packed up and looked like they were heading for the door.again it was 6:30 pm. The woman stated that business was slow for the day and they were closing early. Then she said they had shut all of the card readers down and I could only pay with cash? At that point I wasn't gonna force anyone to take my money. I left and won't be returning. And clearly some of my favorite piercers don't work there anymore.

Yoy have to get a notarized letter, they have them, showing you are their legal guardian/parent, just had to for my 15 year old last week. I think it was $40.00
They say yes but they may have you waiting a long time until you get annoyed with the lack of communication and leave.
