it's a beautiful place and well maintained and the staff are friendly....BUT....when you can't sleep or are jerked out of your sleep cause you're not sure where the bomb went off and the people above you have ZERO consideration and TELL you THEY CAN DO WHATEVER they want til 10 pm. would give anyone PTSD..and now it's 10:25 and the TODDLER BANGING/JUMPING/RUNNING made me go sit on the veranda and listen to traffic after the humans upstairs WOKE me. i was offered a different apt. but said wait cause i thought i was overreacting. my daughter arrived. same for her. we don't have guests as they just look at the ceiling and it becomes the topic of conversation or cutting the evening short. we may change apts. but my review would still stay the same as what a hassle after buying the furniture here so we didn't have to move it. i'm not the only tenant who has similar probs. one tenant told me they actually go get a room for peace sometimes!!!!! so ASK who your neighbours are and whether they have children with considerate parents and whether there has been complaints. i was told no complaints by administration but the mother upstairs said the tenant before us moved out due to them and their custom of living so "you may have to move" is what she told me. the complex was nice enough to offer another apt. which we may have to do for sanity. the workers here truly are amazing.

I lived in the property for 14 months and the first month I lived on the floor of the middle second floor the first month it rained all over my mattress was wet Because water started coming out of the floor above and the mattress a new $10,000 mattress was lost and I didn't respond for anything they never went to fix that roof they left everything dirty they complained about the office they didn't do anything at night you can't sleep at 3 23 in the morning it hits the wall they make a strange noise eh they throw black oil through the doors for through the corridors through the stairs to the door we were going to throw some things like oil with some strange liquids they didn't throw it all over the door we made the office they didn't do anything the whole office never in the 14 months they never changed the filter

We stayed in a large and spacious 3 bedroom apartment. The condo is clean, organized and calm. The team works well, I'm satisfied!
