We’ve lived here for a little over a year, just renewed, and for good reason! I can only say great things about this community! As a jax native, i’ve lived all over from north side to beaches and southside, and this neighborhood is by FAR the best I’ve lived in. Great location, extremely safe, and all of the residents are friendly and outgoing. From every conversation with staff, it’s evident how much each employee cares about their residents and they continuously go above and beyond for us. We recently had a flooring issue & Victor the maintenance manager was on it quickly to make sure we had it fixed. Not only did the springs staff work quickly to fix the issue, but they continued to have open and clear communication through the entire process. The staff do everything they can to let the residents know they are heard and taken care of and I am beyond grateful we found this place!

The level of communication is astounding. From individual notices to notices about food trucks, grass replacement, they always keep you updated about everything! Even better, The grounds crew and office staff are amazing humans and make this place so great. Of course the apartments are super nice and new and the pool and gym and dog park are great too

plz don’t choose this apartment at1st. If you don’t have option then you can consider. main disadvantage is railway track. it will suck ur life for sure. you won’t sleep during night time. I request management to keep soundproof windows atleast in bedroom. so they are not responsible.
