So far so good! Living here is nothing but amazing. Whenever I have a issue (which is hardly) they are right on it and FAST!. The staff is friendly and outstanding. I recommend living here bc of the area and most importantly the staff. Not to mention the apartments are beautiful and spacious.

The building is fine or whatever except for when it’s 80 degrees and humid outside and they haven’t turned on the air conditioning in the building so you’re forced to sit in your own sweat and also pay 250 dollars a month for utilities that you have no control over and are not even on when you need them to be. Having a real blast here at the Falls.

Friendly and always helpful from Keirsten in the office to all the maintenance men who promptly reply to any needs. The sign outside says under new management and it shows with on going improvements to the building fresh paint and new floors in the hallways. I really like the package system that keeps your packages secure. Negative: indoor parking spaces are best for smaller cars. Too tight for SUV . Older building getting upgraded so some minor inconveniences which are addressed quickly.

Giving 5 stars because Keirstian has made this entire experience so easy. A lot of office staff usually don’t care or don’t help but Keirstian and Carmen made everything fun. Maintance was even running around showing me that they actually handle tickets! Can’t wait for Fall to be a part of this lovely community!
