(original review posted in 2019) Have been having issues with noise/ parties from our neighbors since August and have complained multiple times, and called the cops. Was told by management that they didn't want to 'falsely accuse' anyone and without actual video evidence, they wouldn't be doing anything about it. Other than that, it's kind of pricey considering how far it is from everything else and for it being such a small apartment. Also, all the admins/ desk associates are typically pretty rude when you go in (with a few exceptions). I generally only go in to pay rent once a month (and to submit the complaint) but it's always an unpleasant experience. All in all though, the nicest apartments I've lived in thus far. Location is inconvenient but the rooms and units are spacious and decently priced, our had in unit washer/ dryer, and the grounds are well maintained.

I have been here since April 2021 and it has been a great experience. When we need a service they come quickly. The apartment is comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. Every car is registered and you have a visitor parking pass yearly.This is wonderful feedback and we're delighted to see we earned all five stars! Thanks for letting us know you've found our service to be attentive and are pleased to call Walker Manor Apartments home.

Please do not rent here. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the next apartment. You hear other tenants having intercourse, fights and loud music. There is nothing done about the loud music. Some nights you have to sleep outside to get peace.Hello, I want to apologize first and foremost for seeing this review.
