Staff is very professional and polite! I’ve had no issues with my apartment. It’s a very quiet community and seems to be clean. You can barely hear your neighbor, which is a good thing. Excellent service. Mendel and Ari in the office were very helpful in explaining the move in process. I noticed a small maintenance issue when I moved in and they had someone come out the next day to fix it. Highly recommend this managment company.:)

Wildwood Gardens doesn't charge according to income but according to the following set prices: Our 2 bedroom/1 bath apts per month are $775 (656 sq ft) for the junior size, $825 (725 sq ft) for the large size, or $895 for the renovated apts - not including monthly $35 water fee. Have a nice day.
