I just moved in April 20th 2019 and I love it! The staff Ms Tuesday and James hands down are the best! This is the place to be the area is quiet and there is plenty of parking. I can contact the staff at anytime and they are always willing to help. They go out of there way to make you feel like home! So happy to be living here one of the best apartments I have ever lived at.

I'm not one for reviews but after living here for 2 years I felt it necessary. Pros: - Apartment layout & size - Maintenance - very quick and efficient! Cons: I could ramble about all the things I hate about this place so I will try to keep it short. - Condescending office staff, the type of place that is nice when you are touring and then act completely different after you move in - The absolute thinnest floors in existence, if you want to hear every step your neighbors above you make then this is the place for you! What's even better is when the neighbors above you seem to be animals running around and jumping at all hours of the day. But rest assured that nothing will be done about it if you complain. - Stolen vehicle right from the parking lot and no cameras anywhere so the safety of this location is questionable. - Pool staff is a joke so I'm not sure what company they use but they should get a different one. The first summer we were here was fine but last summer the pool was often supposed to be open and there was just no one there. If I'm paying for this "amenity" it should be available when it opens. - Didn't have many issues with bugs until this past winter we had random bugs around and mice! - Recent rent increases are insane. They are charging luxury apartment prices for a place that I'm 99% sure takes housing vouchers. - The hallways have a constant smell of pets & marijuana, disgusting - The most egregious of all is the office staff giving out personal lease details without any notification based upon an illegally obtained document - absolutely unbelievable. I will never live at another Morgan Properties for this action. If this is your last resort take it but make sure you're on a top floor so you can at least spare yourself one headache. So happy to be out of here!

Every time I have a maintenance problem the staff shows up promptly. They are thoroughly knowledgeable and able to solve the problem quickly. They are also very polite and congeniable. After years of taking care of a house, it is a pleasure to have such good people to call on.Thank you Ms. Gail for taking the time to complete this awesome review. I really enjoyed my stay at the Silver Spring Station Apartments! Quiet neighborhood, spacious, and clean apartment. Even though the pandemic slowed things down the office found ways to engage with the community! If we didn't have to move we would have definitely renewed our lease!!Thank you Marie for taking the time to complete this review. There are 3 options to pay monthly rent (1) through our portal called Rent Cafe, (2) call an 1800 number and pay by phone, (3) at Walmart customer service center (WIPS Payment).
We offer open free parking and also reserved parking at a monthly rate.
