This is a great location as well as the apartment complex is great. But the people that live there just needs to keep it clean as well as others. I just love my apartment.

Since, I've been a resident here at Wellington gate and needed maintenance they have always came to repair what I needed to be done. I always prefer requesting online instead of calling.👍🏿 In the same breath I would like for maintenance to wear SHOE covers when entering my apartment as well as not leaving the receipts of them being here on the floor. Instead I would like for them to leave their receipt on my counter or dining table. Overall my experiences have been well received. Thank you.
