I did the whole process for my aunt to live here, I was happy because the people in the office at that time were kind. (Nastacia). I recently went back to do the process for my brother, and now the girl who is there is a RUDE, liar and has no professional ethics. They try to sell the most expensive, when I insisted that they had told me of another price, she admitted and gave me the price she had seen, I had some questions, she did not know how to answer them, she treated me VERY badly. I thought maybe it was me, or my mood of the day, I asked my husband to call her back and 5 minutes later my husband says "she doesn't want to work, she treats me badly" DO NOT TRY TO LIVE HERE

So far we have had no issues with this place; highly recommend if you are looking for the best value for the money in the Southside area. Friendly leasing staff, and prompt responses to maintenance requests are a plus!

I have lived here in a 1 bedroom for 6 years and love it however, and I’ve read other reviews as well so I know I’m not alone on this, but please please bring back the hot tub. This was among A few of the different variables that I used to compare apartments when I was shopping for my apartment and also the car wash… Other than that everything in this place is amazing! Especially The staff, namely Joshua Lumley, Nastacia, And the wonderful folks in maintenance, Victor, Tito, Amaury, Maurice, Jimmy, Hector and Roberto! This is the most efficient team at what they do which makes living here superb! I'm home now :)

Moved here after a terrible experience at the Ciel apartments and am very glad I did! The only thing this place is missing is a hot tub and a better maintained pool. Other than that, I am pleased with my experience here at the Antlers and want to recognize Nastacia for being such a sweet human being who has always gone above and beyond to meet my needs here at the Antlers. We allow dogs and cats with a one-time registration fee of $400 (for one pet—an additional $150 is required for a second pet) and a monthly pet rent of $15. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Gerbils, Small domesticated birds and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. What are your restricted pet breeds? Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois and St. Bernard and all mixes of the above breeds.
The school bus picks up & drops off directly in front of the community.
Yes, we do require renter’s liability insurance coverage.
Residents are responsible for (1) water/sewer usage based on individual meter readings for each unit; (2) electricity through your JEA account; (3) trash services that are billed with the rent each month at $23.00 per month.
Our security deposit varies depending on credit results, ranging from a $200 standard deposit up to one month’s rent.
Rent can be paid online through your Resident Portal via bank account, credit card, or debit card.
Rent is due on the 1st of the month and late on the 6th.
