I ended up having a few issues with the initial apartment I was moving into, however Jennifer was nothing short of AMAZING. I was traveling to Jacksonville from out of the area and was already super stressed and she quickly found me another unit to move into, and her level of patience and understanding made me feel so welcome. She is an absolute angel, and the maintenance team is also amazing, I had one small issue and it was corrected sooo quickly by DeAndre. Highly recommend these cute apartments, they are located in a perfect area, centrally located to the major shopping centers and the beach. I am so happy to be home ❤️ ALSO…. Deandre is AN ABSOLUTE ANGEL! He is the most professional, knowledgeable, and friendly maintenance professional I have had the pleasure of meeting. He is always speedy in his response time and so dang friendly. 10/10

DeAndre is awesome he came in with determination on trying to fix my appliance. Even when we thought we needed to switch it out he was very diligent and patient and even helped me with my Internet great guy great access to your team.

Very nice
No elevators. But there are first-floor Apartments. There is a lot of availability since a lot of people have moved out because they keep increasing the rates. But there are plenty of two bedroom two bath. Very dog friendly to specific breeds unless it's service. You do tend to hear the neighbors a lot. Thank God I'm not near the pool. And I'm on the second floor so I don't have a loud neighbor on top of me. Good luck to you!

Yes, our apartments are pet-friendly! We welcome both cats and dogs but do have a maximum allowance of 2 pets, under 100 lbs each, per home. We also require a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $400 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. Please contact us with any additional questions regarding our breed or size restrictions.
