My refrigerator stopped cooling. I called the company, and they sent a technician same day. He replaced the fan, and let me know that it is possible that it is not the fan that is an issue, but he said that this would be the best step to see if the issue persists. I was billed a $80 same day service fee (I was not told this). My bill was $337.05. The fan was billed at a cost of 138. l was charged $177 for labor, and taxed for the entire amount (labor + parts), when only parts are supposed to be billed for taxes. My total was $337.05. 2 weeks later, I'm still having the same issue with my refrigerator. I will not work or recommend this appliance company to anyone. They are over priced and clearly cannot properly diagnose the repairs needed.

We do repair washing machines as well as multiple different types of major home appliances including cooktops, dishwashers, dryers, freezers, microwaves, ranges, refrigerators, and wall ovens. If you wish to inquire about service for your washing machine, please feel free to give us a call at (352) 372-0684 or email us. We do ask that you please have your model and serial number handy. If you are unaware of where the model and serial number tag is located, it can oftentimes be found on a sticker located on the lip of front-load or top-load washers facing you when you open the door or on the door itself (depending on the manufacturer).
