My name is Shayla and my husband and I had an amazing reception here. From booking the reception hall and planning everything through Lane and Sarah, to getting my menu and food right from the kitchen staff, the cook Wilfredo had my guest complimenting the food and looking for seconds, Johnathan had the tables and everything set up so nicely , once we added the finishing touches it looked amazing!!! Jacob was my hype man!!! I lovvveeeddd his energy during our reception and was very professional with all the guest. The bartender(I didn’t get his name) he was great as well!!! Very pleasant!!! If I didn’t mention a name it’s because I didn’t get it or forget..my apologies…However, the whole experience from the reception, the stay, the breakfast, and just everything was WONDERFUL!!!! ANYONE that had any type of affiliation with us during any part of our experience we want to say that we appreciate you ALL and THANK YOU ALL!!!!

This is a great place to stay and a great location for touring Saint Augustine. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. They texted me to make sure I was happy and see if I needed anything. The Manager (Taps) was really awesome. PS: They have warm cookies. 🍪

I had a fantastic stay during my recent visit to St. Augustine. The hotel is in a great location. It’s very cleanly. Staff is very attentive and courteous. Food and beverage service was great. And a terrific atmosphere in the lounge area. I travel a great deal for work and this hotel will definitely be my choice when I return!

Hotel is in good location, close to everything in St Augustine but only issue I found is room is without microwave. My experience here as first time member was good. Parking should be included because this is not a resort but is up to the Hotel management. Mattresses were comfortable. I recommend this hotel but remember not popcorn available :-)

Both are there
No, it's not, which is the one thing I dislike about the hotel. Still a great location!
Discount tickets are sold all around town.
Call
Walking distance to the bayfront area including the Fort and shopping district
It does have a restaurant. Don't know if it's open on Christmas. You might want to call them
I wish the lobby bathroom would have soap during a pandemic
Renovations completed
And
Yes, there is a $10 per day charge and the parking lot is tight.
It's very close to all the sights. Can catch a shuttle right from the hotel also you can catch the trolley across the street. Very convenient.
I stayed for my honeymoon in June and I wanna say 11am... I'd call cause I'm not 100%
