The lady at the desk was so sweet. Was very quiet, very nice room and very clean smelled nice and clean also all around a very relaxing nice vibe I will defiantly come back here. And right across the street from the pier absolutely great location.

Our stay here was above and beyond accommodating, and the staff are the main reason for all of our thanks! We had a problem with booking.com, and they were so helpful and so kind - a huge help in resolving the issue. Our king room was very nice, but you can’t beat it being right across from the beach, pier, and splash pad! This is the place for you if you need a friendly staff that makes you feel at home and closeness to all the beach amenities!

The rooms are clean and pictures match what you get. The parking lot is a little small for the amount of guest that could stay. I’ve read a few other reviews about this place about a weird smell, it does smell like dirt in the bathroom but I don’t think it’s something they can change. Other places while we’ve been here in St Augustine have the same smell. The beds are comfy and the pool is nice.

The location was perfect! The beach was right across the street. Several restaurants very close, within walking distance. The rooms were clean and comfy. A little dated, but nice. We would stay here again.
