The room was nice and clean. The service was good. But be aware that parking is only for 1 car so keep that in mind it you are traveling in a group. The reason for my 3 rating was the bedding. They don't have any comforters and the blankets were thin so if you are a person thar gets cold easily and your partner is always hot that might be something to keep in mind. I was pretty cold and when we asked for extra blankets they could not accommodate us. :/

Overall a great place to stay for a few nights! I really thought the rooms were really clean and nice for a temporary stay. The showers are a little tight for space though. I love the where the hotel is located! It is right across the water and really close to Castillo de San Marcos. It is such an easy walk to bars and restaurants. The staff is pretty friendly and helpful.

In love with this hotel! Sheri the hotel manager is EXCELLENT!!! She knows how to take care of her guests! She went above and beyond for us this weekend! 🥰 This hotel is perfect; it is in walking distance of EVERYTHING!!! Couldn’t have chosen a better hotel to celebrate our anniversary! The view in this hotel is breathtaking 😍😍 the rooms are spacious and our bed was pillow top so we got a great night rest! We will be returning! To me the hotel personnel and how they take care of their guests is a big factor and this place does not disappoint! Sheri I hope BW knows what a great asset you are to this hotel! ❤️❤️

Stopped in without a reservation. Julie at the front desk was able to accommodate us, even before check in time. Room was very clean. Beds/pillows comfortable. Right on the bay. Walking distance to all of Historical St. Augustine. Enjoyed our time, decided to stay another night. Once again, Julie accommodated our request. Pool looks nice, but we did not use it. Julie & Sheri were amazing to put up with my husband's dry humor!😂 Eat at Mary's Cafe (right next to hotel) & get 10% discount off bill. Ladies are friendly & food is always delicious! Thank you for great hospitality, we will stay here again! Highly recommend this hotel.
