For at least a decade of not longer
I was there 2 weeks ago and the room was just remodeled and the furniture was new, I liked the place.
Several years, but clise to historic district.

Booked online at a rate of $280, and was charged $380. Complained and was told without proof of the rate I had seen online, they wouldn't make it right. Called customer service and told them to take me off whatever club or program I had enrolled in. I know it's not a huge amount of money, but a hundred bucks is a hundred bucks, plus it's the principle of the thing. I'm done with the chain of that's how they operate.
My guess is probably 15 to 20 years? Would call them direct and ask the question.
This hotel was there back in 2002 when I first began vacationing in St. Augustine It underwent a major renovation 2 years ago
Rooms are not impressive, service was good. Price was not bad.
