Nice accommodations that were clean and confidently located near the historic district. Front desk Phillip was very pleasant and helpful. Down side to the check in process was, a daily charge for parking that we were not informed about until presented with the preliminary cost for the room. In addition, when our TV reception was poor requiring a maintenance person to check, he did come promptly however was very rude with our expectation that all channels should work. (They never did). In conclusion we would consider staying at this property again as the positive outweigh the negative.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Holiday Inn. Shey was behind the desk and she took care of my check inn. I enjoyed my view of the outside pool and I really enjoyed the water dispenser in the lobby with the strawberries in it. Very refreshing!!! The hotel is close to restaurants and I could walk into town. I will try the seafood restaurant that is in the hotel next time. The hotel was only about 3 miles from the St. Augustine airport, where I flew into. I hope to return here soon!!!!

I’m a spire member for IHG, I spend a lot of time out of town for work. When walking into the hotel, I was very impressed nicely modeled the front desk was under whelming as I had to wait five minutes for someone to show up. When they did show up he then stated he needed to go get someone to do it. So I waited some more… as a spire member I am supposed to be upgraded, which they upgraded me to a junior suite. I was excited to get to the room and see what was in store, we got to the room…. And holy god looks like the blew the whole Reno budget on the lobby. The junior suite had a king bed which was nice the couch looked like it was probably ten years old. TV was a nice Samsung, the bathroom was lack luster. Standard but old and dated and the vent was hanging from a wire when we first got there. So had to call maintenance to come repair it. When my wife called down to the front desk and and also to house keeping to get extra towels, both failed to answer the phones. She walked down and the gentlemen behind the desk was shoveling French fries into his face as he asked what she need help with. Very unprofessional, I understand everyone needs to eat, however not behind the front desk. All in all I would have given it a two star rating but the lobby saved them.

I stated here for a night on my way back to South Carolina from Orlando. It's a clean, cozy hotel in a great location in the Old Town area of St. Augustine. The lobby has a couple comfy couches with TVs, and there's a seafood restaurant with bar next to the lobby. I enjoyed the IHG member benefit of a free drink at the bar. The room was spacious, with a comfy bed and modern bathroom. Parking was free and plentiful. All in all, a great hotel in a neat location.

Sorry. I don't know.
Pretty small. But clean. The is also a hot tub. Chairs were comfortable and not busy at all. I guess if you are looking to do laps it would not be good.
It was 3pm
St. Augustine is the oldest city in the US. There is an old fort along with many other attractions to explore. The beaches are beautiful.
This specific Holiday Inn does not allow pets but they do have a sister Motel called the Best Western and it's located right there on the Bayfront a beautiful St Augustine Florida the nation's oldest city and it's very, so I hope this was very pet friendly, so that would be the Best Western on the bay front of the matanzas bay and the address is 16 Avenida Menendez, in beautiful St Augustine Florida, I hope this was helpful,,,,, yiC 😇
Yes, We had good food at the coffee shop that is walking distance away
