Positive: Beautiful hotel. Excellent location within walking distance for restaurants, shopping, bars. Room was beautiful and clean. Great drinks at bar (although it wasn¿t open late enough). Negative: Description of room was a little misleading. Reserved a balcony with water view. Room was corner room on back of hotel, so view from room was street. The balcony wrapped around side with sliver of water view.

Beautiful hotel. Unbelievable location. Extremely expensive. The hotel itself is gorgeous. The architecture and finishes are a worthy sight. I can’t speak for every room, but 102 was updated and modern. The location is unbeatable. You step out onto A1A and see the bay front. You walk around to the nearest alley and you are in the historic shopping strip. You are within walking distance of everything important. As I’m sure you are aware it’s expensive. As it has every right to be. The staff are remarkable and courteous. The hotel is immaculate. They have a Starbucks on site. Their breakfast is the absolute best. GET THE CROISSANT. Every. Time. I am a Diamond member, so I used my points to get a free stay. After food and valet I paid about $140. If you have the money, stay here. If you have points to use, stay here. No contest

Excellent spot!! Right in the middle of downtown St. Augustine and a very close walk to most things that will keep you busy for multiple days. The rooms are very nice and gym too. Breakfast is excellent! They are small so get your reservations early as they book fast and we’ll in advance! Employees are extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

This hotel is beyond a typical Hilton! Though we’ve also stayed at the hiltons and garden Inns. This Hilton matches the historic district in its architecture and beautiful lobby. The rooms are nice . And we stayed in a bay front king with balcony . Could not have asked for more. We didn’t use our car for 4 days as you are right in the middle of so many things. Walk to the Castillo fort (and when some reviews say walk I wonder what they were talking about!) this is a short couple of minutes. There are horse drawn carriage rides, hundreds of restaurants (many with live music), and bountiful shops. I cut my leg one day and when we got back they had changed the sheets. Full daily service is back and in full swing here. Everyone is pleasant, with wonderful attitudes. Hilton bay front in the historic district is a gem. And don’t forget the beautiful views of the bay and lions bridge!

You get a credit and you can use it towards a breakfast. I had my favorite, smoked salmon and bagel both mornings.
