Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The supervisor kept interrupting me while I was speaking. The company, in general is a bit shady. It's a shame they have a monopoly on our water or I would go elsewhere.

I discovered a leak in my basement this afternoon. It was something with the meter. I called and left a voicemail not expecting a response until tomorrow. I received an almost immediate, friendly response. The tech that came out was courteous, and resolved my issue quickly. THank you!
