You can also get a TPAW year-round pass in the range of about $65. If you are looking for a free pass to the park drive down past the park entrance to the next beach access road, then take a right on the beach and drive back down the beach toward the park. The last quarter-mile or so before the jetty you will reach is all park owned. Of course it does not have the same facilities.
