I didn't notice anywhere to stay really. I was staying in Lake Charles. Some people camp on the beach.
I would recommend lodging in Jennings and travelling to the beach. Its only an hours drive. Dont stay at the Cameron Motel. They will put a sizable dent in your pocket and nothing decent is close except for T Boys.
