Fishing inside the park is allowed. We just left Blanco State Park as volunteers. You can pay the $5 entrance fee for the day fish to the Limit and yes you can take them home you do not need a license to fish inside the park.

Fishing is allowed. Make sure you have a license and that if you decide to keep any fish, they are of legal size. The booklet provided with the license lists the legal sizes or the SP entry office can help.
