Yes. We recently stayed in #45 and put a queen and twin. We still had plenty of room for bags, ice chest, and other things. The picnic table is huge. There is a ceiling fan. The only thing I recommend is to take pliers to remove Staples so you don't pop your mattresses. It appears at some point people stapled plastic over the screened windows to block the air. At least they should remove them when they leave.
Definitely. I would say 30 x 20 ft, with a table inside taking some space.
