No. Volunteers may be present but officially closed now until next year.
There are a few state parks that are closed due to the recent weather parameters (lots of rain and fog with little sunlight creating lots of mud or unsafe hiking conditions). Just to be on the safe side, look at the website for closures or call the main office and inquire.
